Just as centuries of mankind have come to regard Pegasus as the poets' steed who bears them aloft into the realms of fancy, we at the Waterford Inn have also come to regard him as symbol of inspiration, carrying our initiative and our imaginations on flights of fancy in a never-ending search for new and exotic foods and beverages to satisfy the discriminating tastes of the weary traveler, and the discerning gourmet.
