Trolley
Before most of the park was filled in, trolleys ran to and from East Liverpool, Ohio into Newell along the following route starting at the Newell Bridge; along Washington Street, down into the park, and back on Washington Street until 9th Street. There it would loop on tracks in what is today Clarke Field and head back towards East Liverpool.
