Dresden Spray

This decal was first used by the factory in the 1940s on specialty ware such as plates, Brittany teacups, and Brittany saucers with bold colored rims and gold stamps. The decal was also used on Empress and Virginia Rose specialty salad nappies with stencil designs.
Many other potteries used the decal as well as small decorating firms.
