This decal was intended for Cavalier with platinum trim. It was given the treatment number CV-107, called 'Nocturne', and shown at the 1958 Pittsburgh Show as a new pattern.
Records indicate CV-107 was dropped, but the decal was re-used on the Brittany shape with Cavalier hollowware and gold trim. The new line was numbered B-1439, and was sold as "Athena" in Montgomery Ward's catalogs in the late 1950s.
The decal was used in the 1960s on Palette Ware with underglaze blue band. It was given the special treatment number HLS-428.
