Ferndale, Cashmere

  • First used on Eggshell Nautilus with ivory rim and gold trim N-1577 and named "Ferndale" by the factory, circa early 1940s
  • The same treatment was also numbered N-1612 and N-1621
  • Georgian Eggshell: ivory rim and gold trim G-3391, sold as "Cashmere" in Montgomery Ward's catalogs from the mid-1940s to the late 1950s
  • Republic: gold trim R-4834
  • Virginia Rose: three sprigs, platinum trim VR-426
This decal is often confused with Countess and Darcy. The main difference is Ferndale/Cashmere has little blue flowers, whereas Countess/Darcy does not. See the table below for comparisons, or visit the Countess/Darcy page here.
