- First appeared on Empress with blue trim E-9303, circa 1917
- Also on Empress with blue connecting line E-7413
- Kwaker: No trim K-2021, also found with blue trim
- Republic: W-1726, no trim
- Can be found on other shapes such as Hudson and Virginia Rose
- Many other American potteries used the same blue bird decals in the 1910s and 1920s
