This pattern on the Empress shape with blue edge and connecting lines was an exclusive for Butler Brother's wholesale catalogs, circa 1917.
There was no traditional "E-" pattern number for this treatment. Instead, it was given a special "BB" designation which stood for Butler Brothers.
