Roulette
[DSN:UNK, NS:RR]
- Found on Marigold and Virginia Rose without trim, circa mid-1940s
- Decal was also used by Paden City Pottery Co.
It is possible Homer Laughlin did not decorate Roulette. There were many smaller firms that would purchase less than pefect blanks from the pottery and decorate them with commercially available decals. However, such pieces are usually found with the decorator's overglaze backstamp which is not the case with Roulette. As of now, the question on who decorated Roulette remains unsettled.
