Rooster decaled dinnerware was made for Quaker Oats by Taylor, Smith & Taylor. There is no evidence this line was ever made by Homer Laughlin, but it is
included here due to the close relationship by all three companies.
Like other lines, small pieces could be found in boxes of oats and the larger items
could be purchsed directly from the pottery, in this case, TS&T in Chester, West Virginia. The buyer could get a discounted price by sending in boxtops from Mother's Oats boxes.
