The pink and blue floral treatment, Fortune was made by both Homer Laughlin and Taylor, Smith and Taylor in the late 1950s. All of the pieces are white with decals except for the teacup which has a blue colored interior. Items were marked with the Fortune name and either the initials: H.L.C. or T.S.T.
Fortune makes use of plain, round coupe shapes popular in the 1950s. Besides Fortune, Modern Star also made use of the coupe Rhythm shape.
