There were no bread trays in vintage Fiesta®, however, there have been three bread trays in the contemporary Fiesta® line: small, large, and Nora Fleming®.
Small and Large Bread Trays
The small bread tray was modeled on May 10, 2000. It was announced as a new product in December of the same year and is still in production. It measures 12" by 5 ⅝" and is marked with an embossed (raised) Fiesta® marking.
The large bread tray, 13 ½" by 6 ¼", was introduced in 2005 as an exclusive for Betty Crocker. Unlike the marking on its smaller counterpart, the large bread tray has a debossed (impressed) Fiesta® mark.
The large bread tray was produced for roughly a year. It can be found in thirteen colors along with many Betty Crocker exclusive decal treatments.

Nora Fleming Bread Tray
The Fiesta® Tableware Company has made three items for Nora Fleming®. A serving plate in butterscotch, handled pie plate in twilight, and bread tray in peony. Each piece was drilled with a hole to allow for a decorative mini. While the serving pieces were made at the factory in Newell, West Virginia, the minis were outsourced.
With respect to the minis, the serving plate comes with a dancing lady, the pie plate with a disc pitcher, and the bread tray with a teapot. Nora Fleming® offers a wide selection of minis and other serving pieces, and the minis can be swapped out for different occasions and seasons.
Nora Fleming® bread trays measure 13 ⅞" by 6 ⅜" and were given a special debossed marking.
It was assigned product item number 1540.
