Fiesta® Bouillons and Ramekins
Fiesta® Bouillon

The Fiesta® bouillon was not part of the reintroduction in February 1986. It was modeled a month later on March 26th and put into production soon after and has been part of the assortment ever since.

They were not meant to be made in sapphire, but a few examples are known to exist.

Bouillons are usually found with a debossed mold marking. Early versions are rather faint, and if the glaze is too heavy, then it may be difficult to see. Many bouillons were also marked with an underglaze backstamp. On September 11, 2024, the HLC was removed from the bouillon marking.

Fiesta® Ramekin

The Fiesta® ramekin was modeled on July 17, 2002, and was listed in the 2003 factory cut sheet as a new item. It has been made in every standard Fiesta® glaze since then, including Foundry. They measure 4 ⅙" by 2 ⅙".

Ramekins were made with a debossed Fiesta HLC-USA circle mark. On March 26, 2004, the logo was changed.
